How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details on how to initiate a return.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Canada-wide only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@spoiledpets.ca.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across Canada — no minimum purchase required.
