Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (Canada): 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Flat-rate shipping: $8.00 on all orders under $75

FREE shipping: On all orders of $75 or more!

Shipping rates are applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at customerservice@spoiledpets.ca and we'll help track it down.
