At Spoiled Pets, we are committed to getting your pet products to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer free standard shipping on orders $75 or more within Canada. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $8.00 applies for standard shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days aftnt is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotionvents, processing may take an additional 1-2 busiss days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Because our products shipdirectly from our supplier partners, delivery times vary depending on the product and your location within Canada. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.
Pse note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, yo will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, pleat us.
